Broken sprinkler risers, etc is damage that is caused.  

@Andrew Rellinger, I'm sure I sound like a broken record since I constantly post about this on the forums, but I always advise that every newer investor's first investment is a house hack.

The renters signed a 1 year lease with a 1 month deposit in late March.However, they missed paying me rent in July and upon calling them this morning (after 2 offline requests), they informed that they have vacated the premises over this past weekend.I need help to understand how I can repossess and show the property around given the lease has been broken.
