The brokerage I am with has their own already but my goal to develop my own brand and would like to have a website that reflects that mission.

Mf deal under writing is more difficult then the Cook books suggest.Your taking education will also build yiyr personal brand when talking to experts.

It's either a publicity stunt to grow attention to Elon's other brands (Tesla, SpaceX) which are doing great things or we're all just living in the Matrix and Elon Musk is the "Architect".  

The owner has taken incredible care of this place - with a new roof, brand new furnaces and appliances less than 3 years ago (converted to natural gas). 

Any help is appreciated as I am trying to get into investment properties myself but also build a brand as an NJ RE Investment Agent. 

Assume brand new the day you buy the property.

Or can you add it and then perform the HELOC. 

You're a "hands-off" investor, and you don't get control over the asset's performance or management.
