I've spent more time reading about HOW to lose this fat than putting in the effort to actually losing it, like going for a jog or consistently doing workouts/exercises.I just "jumped in" with renting out my bachelor pad and not knowing the true costs, I ended up selling that property because it was a financial dog, and putting it into a duplex.

Imagine the landlord that hasn’t seen a dime in rent in more than a year and then they get hit with $150 charge out of the blue and still don’t get any rent.Also as mentioned above, I would hope there isn’t a % of rent charge on top of the $250 (which yes seems very excessive.) you’re saying the $150 covers applying, so the $250 just seems like a bonus to the PM without any additional work.I assume these tenants were placed by the PM.
