No reply to that either.I own several properties on the block, and I am doing some work on one of them so I can see his car come and go every day, so I know it's not a case someone being sick or out of town with no phone service type situation.I have never encounter this issue before. 

I found a home two blocks down that I can follow the same blue print with as my current home but they are asking for 20% down as they see it as an investment home because it is is currently smaller than my current residence and only two blocks away. 

No mailers are opened, straight to recycling and all text sending numbers are blocked so those texts per day are new numbers only. ps.

I do 15 minute block showings, and hand out a LENGTHY application to anyone interested.

Can't think of it as one entity...need to get down to the neighborhood level, and sometimes by the block level. 

My accountant has been much better than the prompts on H&R Block or TurboTax.   

How do you all deal with a situation where a neighborhood goes from Class A to Class C in a matter of blocks (or sometimes houses) and how do you factor that in with planning for an investment?

Most lenders require 3-6 months anyways so that could become a road block.

You decide when it is rented and say you don't want renters one week because the kids are out of school just block it out. 

Why not buy as a vacation rental and just block out the calendar when you want to go visit your sister?
