I have done a few deals with Nathan over the years.. he was truthful in his transactions so I am happy for him that he has grown in his company like this.turn key reviews has also outed a bunch of these guys that were bad players @Kim Tucker  and KC had a bunch of them.. just like all these markets.. most of the not ready for prime time guys went the way of the dodo bird during the crash and could not restart.. and or too many complaints or ended up in Orange is the new black like a Marquis et al.

So their bad review means nothing to you, but your 1 star review will destroy them.In my opinion, horrible guests like this need to be held accountable - a) so you can get money back, b) so they don't hurt future hosts, you owe it to your fellow hosts to put a black mark on these people's account.

I guarantee if you ask a Realtor for a Referral they’ll open their black book to you because they know that good Karma goes a long way, and they’re hoping those contractors think of them first when their contractors get asked for referrals.

I was even shocked the other day when I asked the Lowe's guy to drop a little black tint into my Kilz to make it a little "grey-ish" ..... he refused, and insisted he could only do that if I picked a color swatch. 

My clause says, "...may be held responsible" because not every situation is black-and-white.
