Our launch was Tuesday night, and having some experience with lowered attendance and lack of interest in conventional REIA's, I was hoping to top 100 people, because of our commitment to no selling speakers, similar to the Bigger Pockets model of no selling speakers at the Summit.

I've dwelled on the idea of just going self-employed in a small window tinting business but am worried that would make it difficult when it comes time to sell my house and re-invest in some bigger property especially since I won't have at least 2 years of tax documents for the business.

After reading over the bigger pockets forums it has become apparent how important it is to get the contractors plan of action and budget written in a contract, so we will be sure and get that taken care of properly.

They all comp differently...Put VERY simply:Urban areas, you want to try and stay within 1/4 mile and/or same neighborhood/subdivision.Suburbs, you want to stay within the same subdv/neighborhood, sometimes this can be more than a 1/2 mile radius if it's a bigger sbdv.
