A  lot of articles say to avoid bad mortgage lenders.

This is an older article from Builder magazine which Bloomberg linked to in a story earlier today Building a new house under $200K is getting difficult in most places!

Since then I have engulfed myself in anything & everything RE while navigating my fingers through online forums, blogs, articles, and Amazon as I try to start building my foundation to success.

Hi @Mary Ann I would suggest you read the article on how to analyze deals on here and then create your own spreadsheet in excel based off that article and do the numbers.
