Brad E. 1 commercial or 2 residential loans - what to consider?

Not really sure if there is some benefit to this- The commercial loan wouldn't count against my total allowable fannie mae loans- Hassle - this is hard to quantify, but dealing with 1 loan just seems easier overall What are some other things I should be thinking about here?

My lending agent told me I was actually one of the easier ones he has done.I don’t know if different states have different laws about this, but definitely ask around and do your research.

The defendant did not provide any extenuating reason for failing to appear at the scheduled time (in spite of being given additional 20 mins to appear)I faxed the judge yesterday nicely worded letter stating that I live 125 miles from the courts, and that it would be very inconvenient for me to have this reopened. and that I object to her motion to reopen the case.

Looking at that particular example, it appears your rent might be on the low side and expenses on the super high side (your capex/vac/misc is at 40% of your gross rent almost).

I have done my preliminary analysis (I think), and I hope you all can give your insight, point out my shortcomings or omissions in calculations, and generally remark on how the numbers of the deal appear
