After many phone conversations and LISTENING TO HER PROBLEMS I approached the deal from the perspective of how we could solve them for her - and she told me that it was a breath of fresh air speaking to someone who actually CARED (she has received tons of letters)...and more importantly CALLED HER BACK. 

They will let me do an air pressure test and Septic inspection as part of the contingency once the bid is accepted. 

While the idea of having a pool, tennis courts, etc. makes you the think of the rent you'll get, just remember, all you own is the air space...you have zero control over your unit.

One furnace for both would be bad if it is forced air.

Air quality is decent.

I have two kids, a wonderful hubby, a great career with the US Air Force, a rental property in Colorado Springs, my primary "forever home" in Ohio, and a second home in Michigan.

No coal plants can be built that will meet the EPAs air regulations. 

I plan to leave the Air Force at some point between 2-5 years from now after my service commitment ends and I am given the choice of leaving California or leaving the service...I'll choose California.

I'm getting ready to retire from the Air Force in Feb of 2017.
