Does it match what was advertised?

To all my REA's out there, two of my friends who are realtors are debating whether or not to advertise on TV.

How do you advertise your vacant units?

Decided to get into rental real estate to supplement my advertising sales job.   

I sell promotional advertising for our family business.

I am a vash tenant looking to relocate to Virginia, I find it harder to find landlords in some areas, What is the best site to find rentals, or where do landlords in Virginia post rentals, in my area its go section 8 but wondering where do you advertise in Va?

It’s 99.7% tourism. 13 million tourists, 50,000 residents. 

They don't advertise doing rehabs but almost all of them do it.

I also need to advertise this rental on Facebook.I could also hand this over to management but I would like to do it myself for few months before I turn it over to mgt company.

The property was advertised as “plenty of room in the price to make necessary improvements”.
