Can I do an LLC assignment closing to on my wholesale deals to avoid having to get a license?

Hello,My wife and I have been seeking a business line of credit to help us out with paying some debt we've accumulated through our real estate investing and to help with establishing some capital. 

If you provide a general idea of what you are looking for, my team and I could take care of the acquisitions for you. 

My view is these type of properties are not for new investors.  

So now on 1st September my property is vacated and needs some TLC but their broker wont show it to anyone till the work is completed. 

I manage my own rentals and I also do all my own handyman/maintenance repairs.

Just my 2 cents.

Any ideas or tips on how to get the ball rolling.
