This criteria is for 1-4 and 5-8 unit programs.

I purchased the property after reading Brandon Turner's Rental Property Investing, and with what I learned, planned to purchase 1 property per year for 7 years to develop a solid stream of passive income.

HiI have been reading BP for the last month and find in a great place to learn.My real estate experience includes working at a rental agency for 5 years and going PM accounting for 4 years.

The low budget approach to be taught by experts.Have you read books on flipping?  

You have already posted this in another forum.You have to be where investors are and that means real estate investor meetups, conferences, etc., but you won't get anywhere with them if you don't have the experience yourself to work with them.What value can you add now?

Russel I would not say D that is a far stretch I will give it a c+ and this is a great time to get in on the ground level.

 Read the description of this condo doing it at the beach where I vacation, is this how you're doing it?
