Hey, BP Fam I live in Los Angeles and plan on investing in Las Vegas. should my accountant be in Las Vegas  or Los Angeles?

and I think its one reason Vegas will remain pretty viable. the over flow from CA folks who can work from home or whatever.. still 5 hour drive to LA but in a tax haven. 

This is how I would do in Las Vegas, send the tenant an official 30-days no-cause move-out notice immediately.  

Just out of curiosity, how would you invest in a market like Vegas, L.A, Sanfrancisco, or Chicago.

Im in the Las Vegas area and planning to do some wholesale deals.

Hey BP I am in the process of leaving Las Vegas and moving to Avondale, AZ because my wife got a new job for University of Phoenix.

I'm interested in finding a (reasonably turnkey) 4-plex in Vegas to hold as a rental and I'd love advice on two things: today's market and finding a good broker. 

I personally was out there gathering information and documents regarding raw Oceanfront property (with permits in place for Hotel Casino and Resort), Acreage for agriculture development (Puerto Rico is blessed with very Fertile Soil), some shopping centers in urban areas and 2 private islands that a broker wants me to help him market here in the States.

Curious if anyone is wholesailing in Las Vegas, is the market still good  to get started. 

I have done flips in Vegas for over 10 years now and wanted to see if anyone has purchased home at the TR sale  in the Knoxville area?
