I have a few friends who own property in Maybrook, Walden, Warwick, and Slate Hill.

I have silent partners and private money being offered if the right deal comes up.  

Recently I moved from that Mission Hills / middtown location to more 'real mission hills' -- i.e. north of Washington.

then do it if it actually does.Let me give you an example of the kind of SEO I am doing/developing that is advanced stuff in any book.I developed a SEO strategy using internal linking  that will do this:A keyword search for "We buy houses in Rocky Hill CT" now gives me the first 3 spots on Goolge.2 of my blog posts and one city page.

He did the inspection and sent me detailed photos and a scope of work, which furthered my confidence in him.With regards to partnerships, some of the properties I am on title (and my silent partner is being paid a % interest agreed to in a promissory note), some we are both on Title (if we both put up 50% of purchase + rehab costs), and one of the properties my partner is on Title (they provided 100% of purchase + rehab, I have 50% equity secured through a Promissory Note).
