Break down the family unit, make laziness and dependence a better option than working (it would equal the same $) and restrict their access to real food thus pumping them full of sugar, salt, msg, gmos and no vitamins/minerals.

In my situation as a DIY self-managing landlord, I have found nothing comes close to the durability and maintainability of 3/4 in. unfinished solid hardwood sealed with three coats of oil-based poly on it, except for a good tile installation.

These coverages vary form and state.It sounds like you may be liable since it was an existing problem that you did not remedy by addressing the cause (repairing or sealing the foundation) or lessening the effect (vents or fans).If neither insurance company will cover the repairs, try to work with the renter to see if she will cover half the cost.

I did one this week that cost me $350 and came with a simple operating agreement and a seal for the llc.I'm more confused than before, because I was under the impression that one LLC protects you from litigation on all of the deals that you do under that LLC.I've read that incorporating in Delaware or Nevada is advantageous, but that there are disadvantages of incorporating in a state that you don't reside in.
