We see it all the time on BP where some tactical idea, a tool if you will, that has a use for a specific set of circumstances, gets blown out of proportion as a way to riches and is co-opted by people that don't 100% understand the implications, but will use it anyway and tell others to use it.

You would have to force it, ... like by asking them to visit your social media accounts.Instead, if you did PPC, Facebook ads, SEO, Content building, Build a Website with that money, your traffic is pretty much forced to see your web-presence, your authority, your professionalism (if your website is awesome) ON TOP of reaching people asking them if they want to sell... in fact with these venues you don't even need to ask them if they want to sell their house.

STR use garage for recreation and no cars ?

The garage at our lakehouse is off limits as we store a bunch of stuff for the house in there as well as tools and our watercraft.We are far out of the main town and we have very little crime so most folks just keep their kayaks on the beach and bicycles either on the deck on in front of the garage.I am going to add a bike rack to the side so folks will have some kind of security feeling.
