If you think you will go FHA and then Quit Claim the property, to a LLC you run the risk of the lender discovering a Title Transfer occurred and activating the "Acceleration Clause" or "Due on Sale Clause" that requires the loan to be paid in full, within 'x' number of days.

Most do not allow "tiny homes".The disadvantages are they do not meet building codes, they are high cost per square foot, they have very poor resale value and most buyers discover within a year that it was a terrible idea.Do some searching on google, the good the bad and the ugly about tiny homes.
