We use Mica Magic at work for this purpose and they do offer a 5 year warranty so at least there's that.We just replaced a tub in our a new house and my husband was able to do it himself.

Hello everyone, I would like to position my investment strategy as a social enterprise, and haven't been able to find relevant conversations about that subject just yet.I am interested in "investing for good" in the Annapolis, MD area, not so much for the purpose of cash flow generation, but to support my community - buying small properties, affordable for a low-income family, and helping out those who may lack credit or references yet are in a truly dire financial situation - whether they are vets, victims of domestic violence, documented immigrants, etc.This may sounds suspicious to you all, but I am happy to hang on to the equity and not make much cash.

I currently own a VA purchased property and am looking into to buying a second home for investment purposes.  

What completely made me walk from even considering the Allentown boundaries was hearing the city rental inspectors (yes, there really are "non essential government employees") yammering on about the importance of having a LICENSED plumber change a water heater in your rental.... after you have paid your poundage to the city inspection department for a  PERMIT to change such water heater, and then have it INSPECTED for the purpose of a STICKER on the appliance.... all in the name of safety!

What I am suggesting is a purpose-built vacation rental, branded, with customer guarantee experience that isn't a random homeowner, much like amazon has individual sellers, but Amazon controls every step of the process.

I intend to get my RE license, to be used for investment purposes and will more than likely be looking to flip my first property as soon as I return.
