Commercial rates are a higher than traditional mortgage rates but it is the best way to expand your portfolio as there is no limit to the number of properties you can have and there are lots of different types of loan products out their to fit whatever your strategy is.  

In the end, you always want to have the best product out there. 

However the thing that most people fail to realize is that basically we are all marketing company, we are marketing our product of buying a home, renting a home, or getting a vendor (much like marketing to get a date with all them).
