Are there no real estate clubs in NH where you can meet and vet real estate professionals face-to-face as well as physically vet and evaluate the property you might actually own?

Physical condition of the property; tenant status; amount owed for tax liens; existence of other liens, judgements or violations, etc.Chances are the property is not livable and/or has tenants in place who are not cooperating.

That is actually something physical of value.

. :) Cashier’s check will be the downpayment and we may physically walk the process together from bank to courthouse to finalize the deal.

Document all the past complaints you can and then move forward, or do nothing and wait around hoping none of your friendly neighbors takes expresses their displeasure with you in more physical methods.

Are you doing an asset sale of the physical structure or are you doing a stock purchase of the entity which owns the complex and possible other things?

As mentioned I had multiple health issues that resulted in 2 surgeries and months of bed rest and physical therapy.

- I bought my first when I was 18.. and have grown at a fair rate ( had college and other major things going on in my life ) .. 4 years later, I feel as if I’ve grown mentally and physically, but have so many new questions.. - Don’t comment and say “Join local RE group “ I am seeking persons with a mindset that doesn’t necessarily need to be “ local “- I have come across some obstacles in my path to ultimate success and I’m really looking for a mentor.. - would love to engage with 2-3 mentors, talk weekly/monthly with each other.

He had subsequently cleaned it up- both physically and improving the tenants.  

On paper, it looks amazing, but I wanted to hear from the people physically there.
