I could never understand why there was a need for "rent relief" during Covid.

My x-wife had similar views to your x and the additional damage which would have been caused by arguing with her over assets, was not worth the pain it would have inflicted on my children.

@John Wehe Just make sure that you have a separate ironclad lease that makes it very painful for them to overstay their welcome....

For me, I was in a place of PAIN, I was making good money but the passion for the line of work I was in as a CPA did not match the desired outcome that I needed in my life.I realize the road ahead has many more bumps, turns, and struggles, but with Passion, and a crystal clear Mission/Vision, I know anything can be accomplished!!

It's been a pain to hand water but we are doing the best we can with manual sprinklers and timers. 

This property will give you chest pain for many years to come and the memory of how it all went will haunt you.
