@Luis Savery I've heard of that software but didn't have a chance to test it out. 

Have the courage to believe that money does follow deals.Let's test this theory.

Also, know that what you learn when you are taking your test will not help you be a better agent.

Who here has passed the NV real estate exam? I have some questions

Has anyone used 2% test in westchester county and have they found a number that works.  

If they were involved in the dispersal of monies from rent, I believe the partnership would qualify as a Security under the Howey test, which would be great to avoid on my first house hack.Any and all direction here is appreciated.
