I can't stand NREIG and that's who I'm with, but I am insuring vacant properties.I have a conference call with Arcana this morning - they have been offering policies for landlords, renters and builders risk for years and they have just partnered with National REIA - that means better rates and buying power for the members of National REIA.

just some Saturday morning musing.. 

For me there's no wasted trips to pick up cash and for them they dont have to make a trip to the bank

I woke up this morning to two 4 units that will have about 20% net caps.....

So when my house cleaner gets out of bed in the morning she can just grab whatever supplies she needs when she leaves my house. 

I tried getting in touch with zoning and the building inspector all morning...no such luck.

Not to mention, I will be leaving on vacay for a 10 day trip in 38 hours... :/  I want to get this handled ASAP, but legally.

I'm thinking of taking a weekend trip down there just to get a feel for the areas and see if the numbers  really do add up.

Just Don: I'm going to meet with a contractor who specializes in restorations on Monday morning.

When a tenant doesn't pay by 5 pm on the 4th, I post an eviction notice (3 day notice) on their door on the morning of the 5th.
