I've found that the most efficient use of time for wonky scenarios like this is to collect all income docs and shoot it over to an underwriter or two.I believe I know the answer, I'd say I'm about 90% certain (not a lot of truck drivers are in the market to become homeowners in the SF Bay Area, so I'm thinking of other professions w/ per diem for my mental examples).

The market out here is strong with a lot of tech companies (including Google and Facebook) and Fortune 500 companies (Nationwide, Big Lots, L Brands, Cardinal Health, etc.) laying down roots here.

But see, they are realtors, with a license, so... you know, they wouldn't lack integrity.I understand your point, but do keep in mind those who take that harsh approach are likely sick and tired of the guru infused “start wholesaling, it’s easy, no money or credit needed, just buy my program and anyone can do it” mentality.

I also feel that it may be unwise to invest long distance b/c you won't be able to see the property itself.Please note that all my concerns are founded on my beginner mentality, and I would love to be proven wrong and that this is a great idea!

Meanwhile Orlando Health just bought 51 acres near one of the exits for a new hospital, there's a 600+ acre mixed use PUD development called Kelly Park Crossing (also info available from Google searching that name), the City Center project and many others.
