The successful transitions have been gaining momentum for 10-years and just now getting traction...it's partnerships between private, public and not-for profit...all working toward a common goal...that and huge pools of funding from sources like Nationwide Children's Hospital...and even though everyone is selling these locations as the next best thing, I'm seeing long-time residents still embedded...no pride in ownership.

That is why you review business financials ahead of time to see debt load, profitability statements, and how business is trending last 3 years of operation.The newer industrial buildings with higher ceilings close to transit and shipping hubs tend to be worth more as a broader pool if companies are looking for that.

We live and own a multi in Mass and we always include - *Prohibited* No sublets or short term rentals such as AirBNB, etc..., no real Christmas trees (fire hazard), no halogen lighting (fire hazard), no deep bass audio enhancers ( too loud), no bbq's on rear deck (fire hazard) and no waterbeds (too heavy) .
