It could be anything from helping them cleanout a new property (literal work such as removing old items, landscaping, cleaning, etc.), assisting them in finding deals (this includes helping them in their deal funnel), running errands, etc. 

When there is literally ZERO downside to making predictions then they are worth literally ZERO.
