It is at the FIBI in El Segundo and is listed on meetup.com As well as here on BP under marketplace - events and happenings. 

There's a quiet time of 10 pm to 6 am written on our listing, which was not followed as well. 

If I do minor renovations before I list it, are those tax-deductible?

I bought a new construction end of December and listed my property same day.

@Kevin G.You may want to consider listing as an MTR until you get the license.

@Michael Norwoodall of the things you listed are viable options, but some of them are at opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of time and hands-on-ness. 

Spend some time early AM at local hardware store and supply shops jotting down phone numbers of different trades posted on vans or on uniforms.

I have like Airb&b much better but their customer service for tweaking a listing could be better.
