When should you evict a tenant for late payments ?
5 January 2017 | 6 replies
@Justin FoxI was informed earlier today, I should have a formal response to my letter - requesting a date and time when they believe they will have full payment; The letter is expected to arrive no later than next week.If the terms of the promise letter is something we can not agree upon, then asking the tenants to leave voluntary could be a viable option.

Lender Failed to Lock rate in time
25 March 2020 | 13 replies
If they checked the 'yes rate is locked' box and for a time period that covers the loan time but didn't actually file the paperwork and you lost a deal it sounds like you have a pretty clear court case...Sue them, maybe just in small claims, for the interest difference over the term between 3.5% and 5%, in my opinion.

Changes at Listsource?

You can save all your lists again for easy access (although I would save all the criteria on a separate doc stored on your computer or cloud service just in case listsource.com wants to burn all their paying customers again).
