Your website should to be just one part of an overall online marketing strategy including regular newsletters, blogs, webcasts, live events, etc. that will keep your rankings high on Google, and give you a way to stay in front of the investors you meet, all to help you build a database of well-qualified investors who are ready, willing, and able to invest when you find your next deal. 

Does anyone use any of the big online hard money lenders that come up when you google hard money lenders?

If you google it, there is a list of around 8 different states that are currently landlord friendly BUT just be careful because states like Florida that are landlord friendly still vary based on the county.  

I have the size, abstract number the Survey, the Tract, and the city but google earth only gets that down to a 10 acre survey area and this property is .25 acres.

I then can almost 100% time confirm they are who they say they are with a phone google search.

The issue I find is that some out of state investors use Google Maps (pin drop) and take a virtual drive of different neighborhoods, but if you look at the date of when it's taken (top left of the screen), some of the areas were photographed in 2013 or earlier.

I don't have a background in accounting or real estate which I believe would be helpful in aiding me to understand some basic key concepts and calculations when learning what it takes to be successful in REI.
