I noticed a lot of posts in the facebook groups I am part of both on BiggerPockets and other real estate investing groups in the last few weeks.

In some cases up to 85% of the sales price of the property is accessible on purchase transactions. 

Looking to buy our first investment property in the North Dallas area.  

Will the insatiable demand for this slow down ?   

    Hello BP community,We are in the process of attempting to optimize our first STR property in a very seasonal market.

In this case I just had to share what I have been through because I don't want Landlords to put their valuable properties in bad hands.I feel bad for current and future tenants and landlords who are signing up with OneRent.

I currently own a SFH in Staten Island, NY, I am a real estate fanatic ever since I could remember.

When I see this, it's concerning because.. why are so many decent looking homes in a "warm" market temperature on the market for two plus months???
