Reason I'm asking is I was watching a you tube video from a wholesaler in FL and there are title companies there that allow the end buyers funds to cover both transactions.

Interesting I have been watching some that have built 'air tight' mass walls like ICF (I dont like) to the new DOE 2012 IECC code coming to all states, that in the NE cold bitter climate zone are off the grid on solar or geo, using new electric HVAC ductless single zoned called 'minisplits' some though wish they had installed another zone or two or 'air handlers'....nice about these besides being 97% efficient is each room can be set at a different temp unlike forced air that is becoming obsolete due to low efficiency and leaky ducts in unconditioned space robing u-bills.

Be careful too, the IRS is starting to watch these (and audit them) a lot more and if you make any mistakes and get caught they will void the entire thing costing you a ton of money and losing your IRA so be careful and work with the right experts.

Only reason left despite the taxes and fees either way would be great corporate judicial system and asset protection in those states, like no juries, etc.....I've thought about it and since there is no tax here and my fees are low too, I'll just watch my Ps and Qs and stay domestic.
