Hi there -Quick question - hope this is the best forum for this topic - but as a software developer myself and interested in starting with REI I was wondering if there's an iPad app for the (in particular small/medium) real estate investor to provide a quick overview of ones portfolio?

QuickBooks with class tracking is the preferred software for bookkeeping.

Please provide any and all resources, hints, ideas, comments on this process.I am in Houston, Texas so I'll be looking for software to create some blue prints that will pass city inspection.

I run into issues many properties manager software as me to create one business account to collect rent for all unites.I have each tenant pays me to its property bank account .

You are handling other peoples money and overseeing their assets (real estate), you need a solid accounting software system specific to Prop Mgt or it will quickly get out of hand.

I'd recommend going with a property management software.

The reason is that they way they pull this data is what is available through public sources and crossmatching that with values at Zillow.com or other valuation software. 

Most property management software can do this.

Does anyone know what software offers this feature?
