Excel Sheet for property management
I've been looking through the files and forms on BP's but haven't found quite what I'm looking for. I'm wondering if any knows of or has an excel sheet that tracks rent and income that comes in month to month, monthly expenses and gives an overall view of how the property is performing. I bought a 4 plex and would love to have a clean easy to use excel sheet for it. Thank you in advance!
