I would suggest instead of looking at all of those properties, analyze them first and only go see the ones that fit your criteria to verify repairs and comps.

Also use the NextDoor app to find trustworthy people that neighbors around my property use and have had good experiences with.

I will look into some of those apps/sites to help systematize some processes.

Rates have gone up due the the volume of loan apps, but it still might be better.
