Hey guys, excitedly i just completed my first wholesale deal(s) this week... but i quickly learned that there's a lot of communicating that needs to happen and coordination between the primary seller, the end buyer, and the title company.  

We planned to close off the doors but realized if we do this, the other tenant will not have access to the basement where the electrical panels are. 

This is a dumbed down math, but if you PITI is $126 higher but you're getting $16,626 more, it would take a long time until you break even and you'd probably be refinanced by then.

This loan will qualify the property itself, without the need of all your personal documents (as mentioned above).

I wanted to see what other owners think or if they offer services like this to their tenants and how they set them up?

I currently don't have a team out there, just have been researching the area as a whole so far.
