There is a new currency exchange being built from the ground up on Roosevelt, 2416 W roosevelt or so, 1/2 block west of Western and a Uhaul Center on the same block? 

@Jake JaenickeIm currently undergoing a rehab myself and had the same questions.For flooring, miramar road has a number of stores, ive purchased about 1600 sq ft of hardwood from california flooring design center back in 2012 and its holding up pretty well.

Some growth is possible but it's a bonus, not the focus.Amazon is opening up a $325 fulfillment center south of Downtown next year and that will spur economic growth and housing in the lower end C class properties in that area. 

FYI, we have ~2,000 properties under management today in the T.C. market center, that is where I am coming from in things.

It's also way less risky than buying retail shopping centers.

My current experience has been one where there isn't full disclosure, product and services mini commercials..... things that were never requested have now become the focal point, I'm just super busy right now....yet you offered and insisted you would be a resource, opportunity seekers abound (the conversation was centered around you being an active buyer in the market AND now the conversation is about why you'd make a great JV partner). gurus... just send me x amount of dollars and I can help you, established "good ole boys/girls" cliches. 

At this point I own 36 units and have the ability to leverage myself into something that will allow me the freedom to leave my day job and put my real estate career front and center, and for that I owe a debut of gratitude to Brandon Marshall, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Deanglo Williams!
