If you look at the exceptional growth in housing markets like Denver, for example, or even longer term growth areas like Atlanta, the customers want facilities within 5 miles of the house. 

For all you know this person could be prescribed this as a treatment plan for mental/physical pain, anxiety, or insomnia.All of our local rentals are 4/20 friendly and located in Denver where responsible consumption is allowed and there's a true culture around it. 

We have our Denver home listed as we are relocating out of state.

I see Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Denver, even Indian but I dont see a lot about Chicago IL investor making investment.
