I'm interested in finding a (reasonably turnkey) 4-plex in Vegas to hold as a rental and I'd love advice on two things: today's market and finding a good broker. 

I personally was out there gathering information and documents regarding raw Oceanfront property (with permits in place for Hotel Casino and Resort), Acreage for agriculture development (Puerto Rico is blessed with very Fertile Soil), some shopping centers in urban areas and 2 private islands that a broker wants me to help him market here in the States.

Curious if anyone is wholesailing in Las Vegas, is the market still good  to get started. 

I have done flips in Vegas for over 10 years now and wanted to see if anyone has purchased home at the TR sale  in the Knoxville area?    

Sell stuff on craigslist, get a loan against a car you own (if you have enough room on DTI), go to a casino....

Look on Craigslist to see what your competition is like.You might consider Las Vegas. 

If you want to buy in the US.. and like your profile described maybe use the property or travel there. you may want to consider Orlando  Or Phx or Vegas those types of areas were you can have some fun while your there.. plus its warm..

Here in Las Vegas agents are touting deals as being 10-20% below market and they still don’t sell.
