The steps I am thinking to take for planning, designing and construction are:Hire an appraiser to appraise the property for best and optimum use, and for potential rental/sell returns.Hire engineer/architect for plan preparation and approval by the county and my help in selecting builders or (GC) and submission of project plan to loan agencies.Select and hire builders or GC.I need information books and articles to review, spreadsheet software that are useful and for general strategies to follow.Thank you,
