Once I found out about SOLO401Ks, I stopped buying with my ROTH SDIRA due to the many simplifications of the SOLO401K, including easier book keeping when borrowing funds. 

I have read quite a few books and listen to the podcasts daily and it seems this is mentioned in almost every discussion.

Did you get a chance to see what other bookings are in that area as far as actual rental rates? 

I'm excited to finally be here, I've been studying YouTube Videos, Books, Forums, Groups on Social Media, and BP etc...I have a background in Management, Sales and a professional in the IT Community.

hello I'm trying to start my quest on real estate selling and I need help. can anyone recommend books that will help me in my future?

Each one would lead me to another and down a path until I found videos about books.

I am trying to soak up as much information on real estate investing so that I can hit the ground running when I land back stateside.What books/podcasts/articles/other resources would you guys recommend so that I can widen my knowledge of real estate investing and give myself the best opportunity for success?

It's not all just residential, single-family-home investing.I'd highly recommend Brandon Turner's book, "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with..."

@Nikki Beall I knew it was time when I was at the point where I was no longer learning any more from reading books.

That's the kind of stuff you can't learn in a book.
