One red flag is taxes seem low - are you counting city, school & county?

But today when I went to the house there was a sticker on the door stating "all work must stop no permit for the roof".As far as finding out, probably one of your more diligent city employees returning from a 3 hour lunch break noticing hard working Americans engaged in commerce, went back to his office, looked up the address and decided this nonsense must stop.
