Hello Austinites,

I'm looking for recommendations for a good title company that has reasonable fees. I'm applying for a cash-out refi for a SFR in Round Rock. The bank allows me to shop for a title company so I figured why not. If you know of one that fits the bill please let me know. Thanks!

@Nitin Dhiman  There will be minimal difference in fees between title companies in Texas since the largest fee associated is the title policy, and those premiums are regulated by the Texas Department of Insurance. Personally, I'm more concerned with getting a good set of closing documents rather than concerning myself with the minimal fee differences. Title company waivers, disclosures, etc. vary widely and some are very problematic.
