If he knows your name and any info you sent him has your address on it   as @Glen Wiley said consider taking what ever precautions that are necessary to protect yourself and your family . 

If you're looking for cash flowing multi family properties, you'll probably be looking at the Class C areas of Sacramento, for example, Del Paso Heights, Oak Park, South Sacramento, etc.

just some things to think about.in addition to the BP family of podcasts, the rental income podcast with Dan Lane is a great podcast and he interviews a lot of medium size landlords who aren't flashy but really know what they're doing.
