The LLC has a lot of benefits (asset protection, anonymity to some degree, etc.), but it also has a lot of drawbacks.  

They also don't state a degree of maturity requirement, so it is conceivable that a puppy would qualify as a service animal under federal guidelines.  

I took pictures of all kinds of issues: damage to most of my new cabinets they installed, electrician replaced a bunch of new lights and fan I had a prior contractor put in, wood trim was installed poorly unevenly cut, drywall finishing looked terrible, the plumbing they roughed in didn't line up with the vanities they knew were there to be measured... among many other issues. 

Address, pictures of inside and out, asking price, comps, ARV, condition of property, cost to fix up for rental, cost to fix up for flip.

Based on pictures, the current owner and the tenets appear to have keep the property clean.
