I'm interested in learning the plan of action here.Do you take a consensus of the various markets or, for example, most popular 5 markets landlords/owners are looking to buy these properties in and exchange leads to close on them?

The market in Detroit, Memphis or other popular turnkey areas IS NOT the same as your market in NYC, LA or SF.

Ottawa is also close to Toronto and Montreal, which are popular weekend getaway destinations.

My interest is to lease this property, specifically to hunters in the area as I have read that Bird Hunting is popular in parts of Nevada.

The changes in regulation have been helping it grow in popularity and use (or more demand).

I explored some of the popular turnkey markets (Indy, KC, Memphis, Atl, Cincinnati), but I liked the allure of a major/global city like Chicago.  

It is directly across the street from a popular specialty hospital.

Sorry I'm a landlord and I would have pained it too, but I would have asked first.. do yourself a favor.. remember this is not your home its your business, and if you want an orange do it at YOUR house.. sounds harsh but.. really only like 2 % of the renting population would really want that color.. if you want to be fancy ( meaning not basic white) go for a nice popular tan or grey.. ho hum boring I know.. but orange in 2 tones.. yikes..
