hello everyone.

I have an opportunity to wholesale a property of 1.3 acres, with an old house on it. It is directly across the street from a popular specialty hospital. A parcel half the size and further away is listed for $1.4m. My owner wants $245k.

Can someone help me find a way to locate buyers of these types of properties?
