If you hold on for the long haul, real estate is a very forgiving investment platform.

They started as a digital guidebook software provider (which I use for my properties and they're great) and then launched a full management platform, which I hear is great too!

Finally signed up to this platform, probably should've done a while back!

Is there any special platforms or I can get for plans for the houses which is specially designed as vacation rentals?

The CE shop & Champions- I know several that has used their online platforms.

Their platform isn't the newest looking out there but I rarely have any issues.

Any other platforms people suggest to manage rent payments, background checks, etc for rentals?

BUT, this property is approved for 20 total cabins that we'll long-term build out (plus RV sites), and I think I want to integrate a hybrid system of scheduling -- some on Airbnb, but also my own website (utilizing Google adwords, current web traffic, etc) and blend the two platforms. 

However, more recently, I'm concerned that they've lost some of that charm and are going to suffer due to the structure of the platform/website.

I have a few units on Furnished Finder currently and have loved the platform.
