You need a good lending attorney to write these documents.

Assuming they are approved for the loan, they can write checks from the account for whatever they so choose.

Come to find out the "course" was $20k for me and a "partner" and not being the type of guy to just write a check...

Everything related to real estate should be in writing, if a fee is to be paid, it should be in writing.

Also, when you hear some groundbreaking ideas (every episode,) write them down somewhere.Good for you and your goals.

You could argue anticipatory repudiation, in defense, if needed…You would want to include an exhibit to your complaint demonstrating the tenants intent, in writing, and supply a very detailed and complete declaration. 

The term investor friendly agent as its used on BP is generally a RESI agent who will write a bunch of offers for you in the hopes that something sticks  :)

They would not let me have more than 5 landlord policies, and they would only let me write policies to an LLC if I was the sole owner.
