Make as much money as you can, live off of nothing, and try to get into a SFH or 2-4 unit house hack as fast as you responsibly can. 

If you think the market will get better in the next few years it might be better to hold onto it.

They are in a great rate and those trying to get into the housing market are priced out.

Get a personal assistant and teach them how to create a CMA.

Walk thru that exercise to determine you location and market strength.  83 units is a nice size to get started if you plan to Scale.
