and I get telemaketed for my notes.I have done this in Oregon.. pretty simple I call the title company and have customer service send me over a run each month of every note filed that is not a bank.. that is an LLC or private name of or a retirement account.now I think if you don't have what we have on the west coast computerized digitized title plants were this is just a click of the mouse.VAs can probably figure out how to build these lists for you as well may take some time. .but you should be able to pull those together..

We are up and down coast, and offices north and south of LA, but do some work there (rehabbing a 6unit around the corner from the Helms bakery).Anyways, new apartments in LA are awesome, because they are not yet in rent control nightmares.

So break even or even losing a hundo or two hundo a month may not be a bad thing if you marry it with deprecation and mortgage pay down.. then when your property goes up via appreciation.. you can sell at the top or perceived top and cash out or 1031.. you would have some recapture but if you were just moving in and out of deals.. that could worksure has worked for us west coast folks..
